Job responsibilities岗位职责:1.Create concepts for new Production Tester.构建新生产测试机概念2.Involved in Automatic and Manual Fixture designs.参与自动和手动夹具设计3.Build,wire,program and debug Production Tester.搭线，编程和调试生产测试机4.Perform Gage R&R to release Testers to Production.开展重复性和再现性测试，向生产交付测试机5.Create Technical Document and User Manual for Production Tester.建立测试机技术文档和操作指引6.Maintain and Trouble Shooting of existing Production Tester.对现有测试机维护和排除障碍7.Continuous improvement of Production Tester.对测试机的持续改善8.Represent testing in a project team and execute agreed testing tasks related to NPI Projects.代表测试小组进入项目，执行新产品导入的相关任务9.Analysis of Production test data and derive improvement actions.分析测试数据，制定改进方案10.Provide training for maintenance team for Production Tester and Fixtures.向维护组提供相关培训11.Exchange information within Tridonic Group to realize possible synergies with tester development and support.与锐高集团交换信息以及时就测试机的开发和支持实现同步Requirements任职要求:1. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.能用英语读写交流。2.LabView Programming Skills. LabView编程技术。3. Academy in an electronics/machanical related discipline.电子或机电等专业背景。4. 3+ years' experience in testing.3年以上测试经验。
