1. Participation on a Product Development Team参与团队的产品开发
2. Familiar with RF Transmitters & Receivers including: D/A and A/D circuits, RF Filters, RF Amplifiers, RF Protection circuitry and RF BITE (Built In Test)
- 熟悉RF发射、接收，包括D/A、A/D电路，RF滤波设计，RF功放，RF保护电路以及RF电路相关测试。
3. Environmental ****ing including Temperature, RF Emissions, RF Susceptibility
-熟悉相关的环境测试，包括温度，射频相关测试，射频干扰整改
4. Oversight of the RF & Analog PCB Design & Mechanical Enclosure Design
指导RF PCB设计以及结构外壳设计。
5. Experience with antenna simulation software (/ HFSS or similar) is required
- 要求可以使用HFSS，ADS做设计以及验证仿真
6. Interface with Factory and Suppliers for design considerations
- 负责就相关的设计问题与供应商以及工厂的沟通。
7. Participate on Root Cause Failure Investigations and help to Drive closure on corrective actions when related to RF design
- 参与RF方面的失效原因分析，提供解决问题的方案。
8. Building and updating a benchmark of wireless chips and modules available on the market建立和完善现有市场上无线芯片和模块的比较分析
9. Qualifying best vendors and design companies proposing wireless chips and its modules筛选出最具性价比的供应商和设计公司所提出的无线芯片及其模块
10. Report to management with complete and updated overview of potential technical partnerships for TAO in wireless solution integration
向管理层提供完整的调查报告，分析归类潜在的技术合作伙伴，为TAO在今后无线产品上提出建议。

Requirements:
1. BS Degree in RF or Electrical Engineering 本科以上学历，RF或电子相关专业
2. No less than 2 years RF and analog design experience
-两年以上的射频工作经验
3. knowledge of digital RF communication fundamentals
- 熟悉数字射频通信的原理
4. Ability to work in a teaming environment and possess good interpersonal and communications skills
- 具有团队精神，良好的人际关系以及沟通能力
5. Self motivated to identify performance issues and provide potential solutions through strong organizational, analytic and problem solving skills
- 积极主动处理RF性能问题，分析并提供有效的解决方案。
